The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) is inviting suitable Construction Project Management Firms to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise to provide Project Management Services.
The services of the selected Firm shall be required for the consultancy works as more fully described in then Expression of Interest (EOI) document. Interested Firms are invited to complete the Bidder Registration Form in order to request a copy of the EOI document.
Proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “EOI – Consultancy Services for Project Management” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC-EOI-2025-002 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer, State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis 11302, Mauritius and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Ground Floor of SICOM Building 1 not later than 01 December 2025 at 15.00 hours at latest.

Late proposals will not be accepted.
SICOM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications received, and to cancel this process at any time prior to selection without incurring any liability towards any applicant.
