The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) is inviting suitable eligible local bidders to submit an offer for the provision of Outsourcing for Call Centre Services.
The firm will be required to provide services in accordance with the scope described in the bidding document and may submit its request by registering here.
Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Provision of Outsourcing Services” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC/RFQ/2025/10 should be addressed to the Senior Executive Officer and deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis, Mauritius not later than 14 November 2025 at 15.00 hours (local time) at latest.
Late bids will not be accepted.
SICOM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids received, and to cancel this process at any time prior
to selection without incurring any liability towards any bidder.
