The State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd (SICOM) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced local and international consultancy firms to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise for a forthcoming property development project. Consultancy firms are invited to submit EOI for one of the following:
| 1. Architectural Services | 2. Interior Design (including Space Planning) Services |
| 3. Civil & Structural Engineering Services | 4. MEP, FLS, AV & ICT Engineering Services |
| 5. Quantity Surveying Services | 6. Landscaping Services |
The services of the selected firms shall be required for the consultancy works as more fully described in the EOI document, which can be downloaded here.
Proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “EOI – Consultancy Services for a Property Project” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC-EOI-2026-CD001 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer, State Insurance Company of Mauritius Ltd, SICOM Building 1, Sir Célicourt Antelme Street, Port Louis 11302, Mauritius and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Ground Floor of SICOM Building 1 no later than 15 April 2026 at 13:30 hours (Mauritian time). Proposals may also be sent to the following email address: [email protected], before the deadline.
Late proposals will not be accepted.
SICOM reserves the right not to place any firm on the selective list nor to subsequently invite any firm to tender and reserves the right to cancel the selection and bid process without incurring any liability towards any applicant and without assigning any reasons or explanations whatsoever.
