EOI - Consultancy Services for a review of the Conditions of Employment

The State Insurance Company of Mauritius (SICOM) Ltd is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Consultancy Firms to conduct, among others, a general review of the current organisation, pay and benefits structures including other terms and conditions of employment for each category of employees of the SICOM Group as well conduct a strategic review of the Group’s Performance Management System, organizational structure, Qualification Framework, and governance-level remuneration to support a high-performing and competitive workforce.
Information to be Submitted
Interested firms are requested to submit a brief profile outlining the following:
- General background and relevant experience in conducting salary reviews and market benchmarking exercises.
- Examples of similar assignments undertaken, without disclosure of confidential client information including scope of the assignments.
- Key areas of expertise related to human resource consulting, salary surveys and compensation structuring.
- Contact details of a designated representative for future communication.
At this stage, no detailed proposals, methodologies or financial offers are required. This call for expression of interest is intended solely to identify firms who may be invited to participate in a subsequent procurement process.
Further information, including detailed terms of reference and requirements, will be provided to shortlisted firms at the appropriate time.
Submission of Proposals
Your application clearly marked “EOI – Consultancy Services for a General Review of the Conditions of Employment for the SICOM Group” and indicating the corresponding Procurement Reference Number: SIC-EOI-HR-2025-001 should be addressed to the Group Chief Executive Officer and sent to the following email address [email protected] on or before Friday 30 May at 13.00 local time at latest.
Late applications will not be accepted.
SICOM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications received, and to cancel this process at any time prior to selection without incurring any liability towards any applicant.
